FLOW Mexico is an immersive training in lymphatic breast & womb care, bringing together therapeutic touch, women's health education, and body literacy in one unforgettable experience.

Together, we'll explore the relationship between the breasts, belly, womb, lymphatic system, nervous system, and hormones while learning hands-on skills in lymphatic drainage, breast massage, abdominal and womb massage, and uterine alignment. Whether you're a practitioner or simply wanting a deeper understanding of your own body, you'll leave with practical tools to support yourself and the women in your community.

More than a training, FLOW is an opportunity to step away from the pace of everyday life and immerse yourself in learning. Through daily somatic movement, nourishing organic meals, herbal medicine, deep self care, and the beauty of the Oaxaca coast, you'll experience firsthand how therapeutic touch, nervous system regulation, and community support become powerful foundations for healing.

What You'll Learn

  • The anatomy and physiology of the lymphatic system and its role in hormone balance, immunity, and breast & pelvic health.

  • Hands-on lymphatic breast massage, tissue assessment, abdominal and womb massage, and uterine alignment.

  • How to assess tissue quality through touch, including texture, temperature, mobility, tenderness, and areas of stagnation.

  • Nutrition, herbal medicine, and lifestyle practices that support healthy lymphatic flow, resilient breast tissue & balanced hormones.

  • Somatic practices that support nervous system regulation and deepen your capacity to hold space for yourself and others.

  • How to confidently integrate these skills into your own self-care or women's health practice.

By the end of the training, every participant will have both given and received a complete lymphatic breast & belly massage and tissue assessment, leaving with the confidence to continue practicing these skills long after returning home.

Who This Training Is For

FLOW Mexico is open to practitioners and non-practitioners alike. Whether you're a birth worker, massage therapist, herbalist, nurse, lactation consultant, bodyworker, or simply a woman wanting to better understand your own body, you'll find a place here.

No previous experience is necessary—just curiosity, openness, and a willingness to learn.

You'll Leave With

✺ Confidence in lymphatic breast massage, tissue assessment, abdominal massage, and uterine alignment.

✺ A deeper understanding of female anatomy, physiology, and the lymphatic-hormonal connection.

✺ Practical tools to support yourself, your family, or the women in your practice.

✺ Handcrafted herbal body care products and the knowledge to continue making them at home.

✺ A personalized self-care plan to continue supporting your own lymphatic, hormone and nervous system health.

✺ A meaningful community of women committed to changing the future of women's healthcare.

**Upon completing the training, you'll also be eligible to apprentice and eventually practice with The Areola Practitioner Collective, offering breast wellness checks and lymphatic breast massage at women's gatherings throughout the U.S. You'll also have the opportunity to be featured in our upcoming practitioner directory.

This is not a CEC-certified course. It is an immersive practitioner training rooted in hands-on learning, body literacy, and women's health education.

Together, we can help more women understand their bodies, care for their breast health, and reclaim confidence in their own physiology.

Meet Anja, our Breast Health Specialist & Lead Educator for Flow

Her introduction to this work began in 2017 when she studied Clinical Ayurveda & Lymphatic Breast Massage with DeAnna Batdorff at the Dhyana Center. Since then she has been specializing in lymphatic health supporting holistic breast checks, lymphatic breast massage and breast health workshops at the Spirit Weavers Gathering & Northern California Women’s Herbal Symposium with the Aerola Collective, supporting hundreds of women in their breast care. She incorporates this type of hands on care in her birth work, hormone balancing mentorships & gives lymphatic massage in her community on the coast of Oaxaca.

Meet Ashton, our Yoga, Movement & Somatics Facilitator

Ashton has been teaching yoga and facilitating mind-body experiences since 2012. She has over 600 hours of training internationally in several different styles of practice, from yin yoga, vinyasa, yoga nidra, to meditation. Most recently, her studies have taken her to Guatemala to study sound ceremony. With the incorporation of sound vibration, intentional movement through somatics and yoga her classes are designed to support the body inside and out. Ashton’s mission is to create sacred spaces for students to discover their infinite potential for healing.

Meet Taylor, our Kitchen Queen & Chef

Inspired by earth's delights, Taylor’s intention with food is to orchestrate the weaving of culinary design and cellular nourishment. She is inspired by empowering people through nourishing their inner and outer world.

The menus she designs are enriched with a mix of nutritional biohacking, flavor fusion, textural delicacy, and are collaborative to harmonize with the flow of the retreat. For Taylor, food is a pillar of the adventure and by using a combination of fresh locally sourced produce and intentional technique she creates a culinary experience that ignites the journey of inner world alchemy, to outer world ecstasy.

Meet Summer, our Retreat Photographer

Summer is a medicine woman with a camera. Her eye for evocative lighting and creative composition lends her photographs a sense of nostalgia and magic, but her real gift is in the way she holds her muses through the experience of revealing their most embodied, powerful, tender, open selves to her lens.

For the past eight years, Summer has been holding experiences centered around her photography as a healing modality, and as such, one of her favorite ways to photograph people is when they are deep inside a container of embodiment, connection, opening, healing and remembrance.

FLOW: The Lymphatic - Hormone Blueprint: An 8 Week Intensive

Explore the intelligence of your lymphatic system, learn your body’s natural detox systems, learn the art of breast self-massage, and reconnect with your emotional terrain — in community.

An 8-Week Exploration in Breast, Lymphatic & Hormonal Health

Next Cohort Begins September 5th

Your breasts hold more than tissue.
They hold Story. Emotion. Stagnation. Wisdom.
They hold the echos of what has been ignored and the possibility of what wants to move.

FLOW is an 8-week online immersion into women's health through the lens of the lymphatic system, hormone balance, and body literacy. Together, we'll explore the anatomy and physiology of the female body, learn how our lymphatic and nervous systems influence our hormones, and build practical tools to support vibrant health from the inside out.

Why FLOW Is Different

FLOW is more than an online course. It's a guided, eight-week immersion into women's health & body literacy.

You'll learn the why behind what you're experiencing, along with practical tools you can begin using immediately. Through weekly teachings, self-lymphatic massage, nervous system support, movement, and nutrition, you'll develop a deeper understanding of how your body works and what it needs to thrive.

Most importantly, you'll do it alongside a community of women who are learning, asking questions, and supporting one another throughout the journey. Healing is rarely linear, and having a space to be seen, guided, and encouraged makes all the difference.

✔ Over 15 hours of Live classes
8 weekly live classes (1.5 hours each), recorded and downloadable

✔ A library of guided teachings + self-massage videos

(You’ll also have access to me in this space throughout the course.)

✔ 2 Surprise Guest Teachers
Bringing you different perspectives & lived experience of embodied lymphatic & hormonal health

This Course Is For You If…

  • You want to reclaim your breasts as a center of wisdom—not a place of shame, fear, or confusion.

  • You’re postpartum, in transition, or simply longing to come into deeper relationship with your body.

  • You experience PMS, painful cycles, or signs of hormonal dysregulation and want a new way of relating to your menstrual rhythm.

  • You’re craving daily rituals that nourish your nervous system and help stagnant energy finally move.

  • You want to understand lymphatic breast massage on an emotional, cellular, and hormonal level, for yourself or women you work with.

  • You thrive in community and want the reminder that healing isn’t meant to be done alone.

  • You’re a women’s health practitioner, birthworker, massage therapist, lactation consultant, or nurse who wants to integrate the foundations of lymphatic breast health into your work in a grounded, embodied way.

Why This Work Matters Now More Than Ever

Women are experiencing rising rates of hormone imbalances, breast tenderness, dense breast tissue, fertility challenges, autoimmune conditions, and chronic stress. Yet so few of us have ever been taught how the lymphatic system, nervous system, and hormones work together—or how to support them in simple, practical ways.

FLOW was created to bridge that gap.

Rather than adding more to your to-do list, FLOW helps you build sustainable practices that fit into everyday life and support your health for years to come.

This is about more than learning techniques.

It's about developing the confidence to understand your body, trust what it's telling you, and know how to support yourself through every season of life.

Lymphatic Care for the Breastfeeding Dyad

This online course brings together the perspectives of midwifery, lactation, nursing, and lymphatic care to explore how we can better support mothers and babies across the pregnancy and postpartum continuum.

I’m so excited to announce a new live collaborative class that feels like a natural meeting of everything I care about in this work

Lymphatic Care for the Breastfeeding Dyad

Course Details

  • 2.5-hour Live Online Zoom Class
    Friday July 24th, 2026 3PM PST

  • Downloadable PDF’s, Video Tutorials + More Resources

  • Course cost is $150

  • Early bird pricing: $130 until July 10th

  • 2.5 CEU credits available for RN’s & some Midwifes

  • Designed for Doulas, IBCLCs, CLCs, Nurses, Midwives, & Mothers

This class weaves together my work in lymphatic care, women’s physiology, and midwifery with the clinical expertise of an incredible nurse and IBCLC, to explore how we can better support mothers and babies across pregnancy, breastfeeding, and postpartum.

This is the kind of education I wish existed everywhere in maternal care.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • Lymphatic foundations through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum

  • The anatomy of breastmilk and breast tissue

  • Detox pathways, toxins, mastitis, and the truth about breastfeeding

  • The art of self-expression (physically and emotionally)

  • Hormonal cascades and how lymphatic flow supports mood and mental health

  • How lymphatic care supports both prenatal and postpartum recovery

This class is for mothers, birthworkers, lactation professionals, nurses, midwives, doulas, and anyone walking alongside women during the mothering continuum.

One of the reasons I’m so passionate about this topic is because lymphatic health is still such a missing piece in conversations around breastfeeding challenges, mastitis, chronic engorgement, postpartum inflammation, emotional overwhelm, and long-term breast health. Yet when you understand this system, so many things suddenly make more sense.

I’m honored to be teaching alongside Krista Tarantino of EarthMilkMoon a Registered Nurse specializing in postpartum wellness and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. She’s also a certified Innate Postpartum Care Provider and has spent the last ten years supporting the mother–baby dyad in hospitals across California, in homes, virtually, and in community spaces. Her depth of clinical experience paired with her grounded approach to care makes this collaboration feel especially meaningful.

We’ll be teaching both physiology and practical application, including:

  • Prenatal self-expression and preparation for breastfeeding

  • Why breastmilk is not a primary detox pathway

  • Breast and breastmilk anatomy

  • Lymphatic anatomy and why it matters for maternal health

  • An updated, nuanced approach to mastitis and breast inflammation

  • When and why deeper lymphatic work can be supportive

We have created a lactation resource based on the foundations of lymphatic care so that you can have education that is aligned with physiology + how you want to show up for the families you serve — we hope you join us!
