FLOW: A 6 Week Lymphatic Breast Health Intensive
Explore the intelligence of your lymphatic system, learn the art of breast self-massage, and reconnect with your body’s emotional terrain — in community.
A 6-Week Journey in Somatic Ritual & Emotional Resilience
The breasts hold more than tissue. They hold story, emotion, stagnation — and wisdom
Enrollment now open. Your body is waiting.
This is not just a course.
It’s a return.
To your body. To your breath. To a circle of women remembering together.
In a time when so much asks us to disconnect, numb out, and push through, FLOW is a space to slow down, soften, and listen. To come back into relationship with your body’s wisdom, and to feel what’s been waiting to move.
The breasts are not just tissue — they are terrain.
They hold stories, stagnation, grief, intuition, and vitality.
This 6-week online container is designed to help you tend your lymphatic system, reclaim breast health as sacred, and build a daily practice of somatic care that nourishes your nervous system from the inside out.
Together, we’ll explore the connection between lymph, hormones, emotions, and energy — while building practical tools you can return to for years to come.
Why This Work? Why Now?
Because the world is loud.
And your body is tired.
Because healing is hard to do alone.
And because when women gather, something shifts.
In this course, we meet in circle — not just to learn, but to land.
To witness each other in the messy middle.
To build rituals that are both tender and transformative.
To metabolize what’s been held too long, and re-pattern what’s possible.
FLOW offers structure, support, and self-tending — in community.
Because true healing isn’t just about protocols.
It’s about being seen. Being supported. Being reminded that your body knows what to do — if given the space to be heard.

Lived Experience
FLOW is a living extension of my work with The Areola, a project founded by my mentor DeAnna Batdorff to educate and empower women around breast, womb, and lymphatic health. I’ve spent the last decade teaching this work at women’s gatherings, births, postpartum ceremonies, and retreats.
This course brings that medicine online — in a grounded, intimate, community-centered container.
If you’re ready to reconnect...
To your heart.
To your lymph.
To a daily rhythm that nourishes your hormones, your emotions, and your sense of belonging —
FLOW is a place to begin.
We don’t just learn here.
We remember.

This intimate, in-person retreat is a return to the body’s inner ocean — the lymphatic system. A space to slow down, listen, and land. Through the wisdom of Ayurveda, elemental medicine, somatic practice, and hands-on massage, we’ll explore how breast tissue reflects our emotional, hormonal, and energetic terrain — and how tending to this terrain invites deeper health, vitality, and trust.
In a world that often disconnects us from our bodies and from each other, this retreat is both a training and a remembering. We come together in circle — not just to learn a modality, but to be witnessed in our healing. To create new rhythms. To downshift our nervous systems in real time, and build tools we can carry with us long after we leave.
This is a retreat for those ready to root into their bodies — and into community. Because nervous system regulation isn’t something we do alone. It’s a relational act. One that lives in safe touch, in shared meals, in belly laughter, and the presence of other women walking a similar path.
What You’ll Learn:
The physiology of the lymphatic system and its connection to immunity, hormones, and emotional well-being
How stress, trauma, and stagnation show up in the breast tissue — and how to gently support release
Foundations of Ayurvedic elemental constitution and how it expresses through the lymphatic landscape
How to give and receive lymphatic breast massage and perform holistic breast checks
Herbal protocols, detoxification support, and nutrition for resilient tissue health
Somatic tools for regulation, attunement, and restoring internal flow
How to read the body through touch: tone, temperature, texture, and tenderness
You’ll leave with practical skills, a deepened relationship to your own body, and the capacity to offer this care to others — from a place of deep nervous system regulation and presence.
This retreat includes hands-on practice, herbal body care making, daily somatic movement, and plenty of spacious time for integration. Each participant will complete a full hands-on lymphatic breast massage and tissue assessment by the end of our time together.
Who This Retreat is For:
This space is open to all women — practitioners and non-practitioners alike. Whether you’re a midwife, doula, herbalist, lactation consultant, nurse, massage therapist, or simply someone seeking reconnection with your body, your intuition, and your community — you belong here.
No prior experience is necessary. Just a willingness to show up as you are.
You’ll Leave With:
Confidence and skill in lymphatic breast massage & tissue assessment
An embodied understanding of Ayurvedic elemental constitution
A deeper sense of nervous system safety, capacity, and resilience
Handcrafted herbal products to take home
A personalized somatic & lymphatic care plan
The experience of being held in a circle of women doing this work together
This is not a CEC-certified course — it’s something deeper.
A map back to yourself. A return to community.
A place to begin again.
Come tend to the waters within.
Come remember what your hands already know.
Together we can uplift and support women in taking back agency over their health and vitality, one breast at a time.

As a certified INNATE Postpartum Care Provider and Apprentice Midwife, with more than 6 years of birth-work experience and over a decade of experience working with clients I have so much to share with you! My desire with this work is to help to weave community and support for Mothers, in service to Life all the generations to come. I want to create THRIVING health for our mothers and babies.
