As a Functional Nutritionist I provide individualized Prenatal and Postpartum Nutrition Consulting for the everyday Mother.
First and foremost, we'll take an in-depth look at your diet and unique nutritional needs for exactly where you are at in your pregnancy and set some goals that align with your bodies needs. Then, we will come up with a plan specifically tailored for YOU, meeting you where you are on your pregnancy or breastfeeding journey.
Nutrition confusion and overwhelm is real, especially during pregnancy and the postpartum! Proper nutrition and a nutrient dense diet are of the utmost importance from conception through breastfeeding!
