Anja Robinson, CNC Midwife | Herbalist | Nutritionist

Anja Robinson is a clinical herbalist, functional nutritionist, and midwife who has dedicated her life to supporting women through the many thresholds of their health journeys. Her work is a tapestry woven from formal training in functional medicine and herbalism, hands-on midwifery experience, and a deep commitment to traditional wisdom. Based in Mazunte, Oaxaca, she offers care that is both evidence-informed and rooted in ancestral practices.

Anja’s path was shaped by personal loss and a profound connection to the natural world. After the passing of her mother in 2010, she turned to the healing power of herbs, leading her to complete extensive studies in Western herbalism, Ayurveda, and Functional Nutrition. She has trained with renowned practitioners, including Dr. Aviva Romm and DeAnna Batdorff, and is certified in INNATE Postpartum Care. Her approach integrates these diverse modalities to address the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of women’s health.

Through Mana Medicinals, Anja provides personalized support in hormonal health, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum care, and beyond. Her offerings include one-on-one mentorship, lymphatic breast massage, nutritional guidance, educational workshops and retreats. Each offering is tailored to meet women where they are, honoring their unique stories and rhythms.
