FLOW: A 6 Week Lymphatic Breast Health Intensive
Explore the intelligence of your lymphatic system, learn the art of breast self-massage, and reconnect with your body’s emotional terrain — in community.
A 6-Week Journey in Somatics, Emotional Resilience & Deeply Embodied Lymphatic Care + 1:1 Hormonal Mentorship
Enrollment now open for the Winter Cohort. Your body has been waiting.
Your breasts hold more than tissue.
They hold Story. Emotion. Stagnation. Wisdom.
They hold the echos of what has been ignored and the possibility of what wants to move.
FLOW is a 6-week online immersion in lymphatic, hormonal, and emotional vitality held inside a living community of women who are remembering themselves together. This is not a course you take and forget. It’s a daily practice. A return. A reclamation of the parts of you that have been waiting for spaciousness, softness, and support.
What Makes FLOW Different
We don’t heal in isolation.
We heal in relationship; through being witnessed, supported, and met in our process.
Inside FLOW you’re not just learning techniques. You’re entering a container where your nervous system has room to settle, your breasts become the focus of self inquiry, and your lymphatic system becomes a portal into emotional and hormonal repair.
This work is somatic, practical, ancestral, intimate, and deeply embodied.
Over six weeks, you’ll move through daily breast + lymphatic self-massage, emotional attunement practices, nervous system practices, and teachings that weave together the physiology of lymph, the language of hormones, and the emotional terrain of the female body. You’ll start to recognize your own patterns - what’s stuck, what’s stagnant, what’s ready to release & learn how to support your system with consistency and care.
And you won’t be doing it alone.
You’ll be held inside a community of women walking this exact path.
Plus, you’ll receive a 1:1 mentorship call with me, where we look specifically at your hormonal picture, lymphatic patterns, breast health, and the emotional imprints that shape your body’s rhythms, to support you along your healing path.

This Course Is For You If…
You want to reclaim your breasts as a center of wisdom—not a place of shame, fear, or confusion.
You’re postpartum, in transition, or simply longing to come home to your body.
You experience PMS, painful cycles, or signs of hormonal dysregulation and want a new way of relating to your menstrual rhythm.
You’re craving daily rituals that nourish your nervous system and help stagnant energy finally move.
You want to understand lymphatic breast massage on an emotional, cellular, and hormonal level—far beyond technique alone.
You thrive in community and want the reminder that healing isn’t meant to be done alone.
You’re a women’s health practitioner, birthworker, massage therapist, lactation consultant, or nurse who wants to integrate the foundations of lymphatic health into your work in a grounded, embodied way.
Why This Work MattersNow More Than Ever
The world is loud. Your body is tired.
And everything around you encourages you to disconnect, numb out, or push through.
FLOW is the opposite.
It’s a space to slow down. To soften. To listen.
To metabolize what’s been held for years.
To create new pathways for energy, emotion, and vitality to return.
When women gather with intention, something shifts.
We regulate.
We remember.
We repair.
FLOW offers structure, compassion, accountability, and a place to land.
Yes, you’ll learn physiology and somatics, but you’ll also feel yourself changing as you move through the practices each day. This is the kind of work that stays with you. The kind that becomes part of how you tend yourself.
If you’ve been feeling the pull, this is the moment to join.
Your breasts are asking to be met.
Your lymph is asking to move.
Your body is asking to be heard.

This intimate, in-person retreat is a return to the body’s inner ocean, the lymphatic system. A space to slow down, listen, and land. Through the wisdom of Ayurveda, somatic practice, and hands-on massage, we’ll explore how breast tissue reflects our emotional, hormonal, and energetic terrain and how tending to this terrain invites deeper health, vitality, and trust.
In a world that often disconnects us from our bodies and from each other, this retreat is both a training and a remembering. We come together not only to learn a new modality, but to be witnessed in our healing. To create new rhythms. To downshift our nervous systems in real time, and build tools we can carry with us long after we leave.
This is a retreat for those ready to root into their bodies and into community with other women. Because nervous system regulation isn’t something we do alone. It’s a relational act. One that lives in safe touch, in shared meals, in belly laughter, and the presence of other women walking a similar path.
What You’ll Learn:
The physiology of the lymphatic system and its connection to immunity, hormones, and emotional well-being
How stress, trauma, and stagnation show up in the breast tissue and how to gently support release
Foundations of Ayurvedic elemental constitution and how it expresses through the lymphatic landscape
How to give and receive lymphatic breast massage and perform holistic breast checks for yourself & your women’s health practice
Herbal protocols, detoxification support, and nutrition for resilient tissue health
Somatic tools for regulation, attunement, and restoring internal flow
How to read the body through touch: tone, temperature, texture, and tenderness
You’ll leave with practical skills, a deepened relationship to your own body, and the capacity to offer this care to others— from a place of deep nervous system regulation and presence.
This retreat includes hands-on practice, herbal body care making, daily somatic movement, and plenty of spacious time for integration. Each woman will complete a full hands-on lymphatic breast massage and tissue assessment by the end of our time together.
Who This Retreat is For:
This space is open to all women; practitioners and non-practitioners alike. Whether you’re a midwife, doula, herbalist, lactation consultant, nurse, massage therapist, or simply someone seeking reconnection with your body, your intuition, and your community, you are welcome here.
No prior experience is necessary. Just a willingness to show up as you are.
You’ll Leave With:
Confidence and skill in lymphatic breast massage & tissue assessment for yourself or your Women’s Health / Birthwork Practice
An embodied understanding of Ayurvedic elemental constitution
A deeper sense of nervous system safety, capacity, and resilience
Handcrafted herbal products to take home & inspiration to make more!
A personalized somatic & lymphatic care plan for your own healing
The experience of being held in a circle of women doing this work together
This is not a CEC-certified course - it’s something deeper.
A map back to yourself. A return to community.
A place to begin again.
✺✺ Once you have completed this training, you will be able to participate as an apprentice and later a practitioner in The Breast Well — a collective of breast health practitioners who do breast massage and wellness checks at various women’s gatherings around the US, as well as be featured in our collective practitioner directory coming soon. ✺✺

Her introduction to this work began in 2017 when she studied Clinical Ayurveda & Lymphatic Breast Massage with DeAnna Batdorff at the Dhyana Center. Since then she has been specializing in lymphatic health supporting holistic breast checks, lymphatic breast massage and breast health workshops at the Spirit Weavers Gathering & Northern California Women’s Herbal Symposium with the Aerola Collective, supporting hundreds of women in their breast care. She incorporates this type of hands on care in her birth work, hormone balancing mentorships & gives lymphatic massage in her community on the coast of Oaxaca.
Meet Ashton, our Yoga, Movement & Somatics Facilitator
Ashton has been teaching yoga and facilitating mind-body experiences since 2012. She has over 600 hours of training internationally in several different styles of practice, from yin yoga, vinyasa, yoga nidra, to meditation. Most recently, her studies have taken her to Guatemala to study sound ceremony. With the incorporation of sound vibration, intentional movement through somatics and yoga her classes are designed to support the body inside and out. Ashton’s mission is to create sacred spaces for students to discover their infinite potential for healing.
Meet Taylor, our Kitchen Queen & Chef
Inspired by earth's delights, Taylor’s intention with food is to orchestrate the weaving of culinary design and cellular nourishment. She is inspired by empowering people through nourishing their inner and outer world.
The menus she designs are enriched with a mix of nutritional biohacking, flavor fusion, textural delicacy, and are collaborative to harmonize with the flow of the retreat. For Taylor, food is a pillar of the adventure and by using a combination of fresh locally sourced produce and intentional technique she creates a culinary experience that ignites the journey of inner world alchemy, to outer world ecstasy.
Meet Summer, our Retreat Photographer
Summer is a medicine woman with a camera. Her eye for evocative lighting and creative composition lends her photographs a sense of nostalgia and magic, but her real gift is in the way she holds her muses through the experience of revealing their most embodied, powerful, tender, open selves to her lens.
For the past eight years, Summer has been holding experiences centered around her photography as a healing modality, and as such, one of her favorite ways to photograph people is when they are deep inside a container of embodiment, connection, opening, healing and remembrance.
