INNATE Postpartum Care: Planning for the Fourth Trimester Live Online Class Series

Join Anja Robinson, CNC of Mana Medicinals as she shares this Community Postpartum series

Join me for an Online class series tending to the fourth trimester and evidence based postpartum care!

In this course we will come together online and create community as we dive deep into physiologically based postpartum care. By the end of this course you will understand the 5 essentials of postpartum care, create concentric circles of support and design a postpartum plan that is unique to you and your families needs.

This course is designed for mothers and partners, or additional family members who will be part of your postpartum care team. Ideally you are between 20-35 weeks gestation as you take this course, and the last and final class will be held once you have arrived at 6 weeks postpartum.

Taking the course before you are in your postpartum time will ensure you have plenty of time to gather your community resources, integrate the material and have your plan in place just in time for baby to arrive.

We will meet LIVE 6 times throughout our journey together, and each class will be roughly 2 hours long. There will be lots of opportunity to engage with the other couples, as well as to ask questions and share your experiences. We will be creating an intimate container where we can gather together as a community and envision the kind of support and resources needed for a thriving mother, baby and family.

The Investment for this life changing class series is $300 per couple.

**Additional family members may join for a discount, contact me for more information

As a certified INNATE Postpartum Care Provider and Apprentice Midwife, with more than 6 years of birth-work experience and over a decade of experience working with clients I have so much to share with you! My desire with this work is to help to weave community and support for Mothers, in service to Life all the generations to come. I want to create THRIVING health for our mothers and babies. I want Mothers to feel loved, cared for, supported and fully resourced so they may focus on raising their babies. With the right support and care a woman’s health can actually increase after birth, and we have the opportunity to assure her health through her menopause and beyond. This is my passion, and I am so excited to share it with you!

This course is based on my studies with Rachelle Garcia Seliga, CPM of INNATE Traditions and I am so grateful to have her as a teacher, ally and mentor in this work. Through learning about evidence based postpartum care, and truly tending to the physiology and psychology of Mothers and babies, we can create real change in the world, one family at a time.

Please reach out to me with any questions or concerns and I am happy to discuss if this course is right for you and your family!
