FLOW: A 6 Week Lymphatic Breast Health Intensive

Explore the intelligence of your lymphatic system, learn the art of breast self-massage, and reconnect with your body’s emotional terrain — in community.

A 6-Week Journey in Somatic Ritual & Emotional Resilience

The breasts hold more than tissue. They hold story, emotion, stagnation — and wisdom

Enrollment now open. Your body is waiting.

This is not just a course.
It’s a return.
To your body. To your breath. To a circle of women remembering together.

In a time when so much asks us to disconnect, numb out, and push through, FLOW is a space to slow down, soften, and listen. To come back into relationship with your body’s wisdom, and to feel what’s been waiting to move.

The breasts are not just tissue — they are terrain.
They hold stories, stagnation, grief, intuition, and vitality.
This 6-week online container is designed to help you tend your lymphatic system, reclaim breast health as sacred, and build a daily practice of somatic care that nourishes your nervous system from the inside out.

Together, we’ll explore the connection between lymph, hormones, emotions, and energy — while building practical tools you can return to for years to come.

Why This Work? Why Now?

Because the world is loud.
And your body is tired.
Because healing is hard to do alone.
And because when women gather, something shifts.

In this course, we meet in circle — not just to learn, but to land.
To witness each other in the messy middle.
To build rituals that are both tender and transformative.
To metabolize what’s been held too long, and re-pattern what’s possible.

FLOW offers structure, support, and self-tending — in community.
Because true healing isn’t just about protocols.
It’s about being seen. Being supported. Being reminded that your body knows what to do — if given the space to be heard.

Lineage +
Lived Experience

FLOW is a living extension of my work with The Areola, a project founded by my mentor DeAnna Batdorff to educate and empower women around breast, womb, and lymphatic health. I’ve spent the last decade teaching this work at women’s gatherings, births, postpartum ceremonies, and retreats.

This course brings that medicine online — in a grounded, intimate, community-centered container.

If you’re ready to reconnect...

To your heart.
To your lymph.
To a daily rhythm that nourishes your hormones, your emotions, and your sense of belonging —
FLOW is a place to begin.

We don’t just learn here.
We remember.

INNATE Postpartum Care: Planning for the Fourth Trimester Live Online Class Series

Join Anja Robinson, CNC of Mana Medicinals as she shares this Community Postpartum series

Join me for an Online class series tending to the fourth trimester and evidence based postpartum care!

In this course we will come together online and create community as we dive deep into physiologically based postpartum care. By the end of this course you will understand the 5 essentials of postpartum care, create concentric circles of support and design a postpartum plan that is unique to you and your families needs.

This course is designed for mothers and partners, or additional family members who will be part of your postpartum care team. Ideally you are between 20-35 weeks gestation as you take this course, and the last and final class will be held once you have arrived at 6 weeks postpartum.

Taking the course before you are in your postpartum time will ensure you have plenty of time to gather your community resources, integrate the material and have your plan in place just in time for baby to arrive.

We will meet LIVE 6 times throughout our journey together, and each class will be roughly 2 hours long. There will be lots of opportunity to engage with the other couples, as well as to ask questions and share your experiences. We will be creating an intimate container where we can gather together as a community and envision the kind of support and resources needed for a thriving mother, baby and family.

The Investment for this life changing class series is $300 per couple.

**Additional family members may join for a discount, contact me for more information

As a certified INNATE Postpartum Care Provider and Apprentice Midwife, with more than 6 years of birth-work experience and over a decade of experience working with clients I have so much to share with you! My desire with this work is to help to weave community and support for Mothers, in service to Life all the generations to come. I want to create THRIVING health for our mothers and babies. I want Mothers to feel loved, cared for, supported and fully resourced so they may focus on raising their babies. With the right support and care a woman’s health can actually increase after birth, and we have the opportunity to assure her health through her menopause and beyond. This is my passion, and I am so excited to share it with you!

This course is based on my studies with Rachelle Garcia Seliga, CPM of INNATE Traditions and I am so grateful to have her as a teacher, ally and mentor in this work. Through learning about evidence based postpartum care, and truly tending to the physiology and psychology of Mothers and babies, we can create real change in the world, one family at a time.

Please reach out to me with any questions or concerns and I am happy to discuss if this course is right for you and your family!
