Lymphatic Massage Retreat
An immersive, hands-on training in breast & lymphatic health + embodied self care
OCTOBER 28TH - NOVEMBER 4TH 2025
Mazunte, Oaxaca
This intimate, in-person retreat is a return to the body’s inner ocean, the lymphatic system. A space to slow down, listen, and land fully in your body.
Through the wisdom of Ayurveda, somatic practice, and hands-on massage, we’ll explore how breast tissue reflects our emotional, hormonal, and energetic terrain and how tending to this terrain invites deeper health, vitality, and trust.
In a world that often disconnects us from our bodies and from each other, this retreat is both a training and a remembering. We come together not only to learn a new modality, but to be witnessed in our healing. To create new rhythms. To downshift our nervous systems in real time, and build tools we can carry with us long after we leave.
This is a retreat for those ready to root into their bodies and into community with other women. Because nervous system regulation isn’t something we do alone. It’s a relational act. One that we need now more than ever.
The physiology of the lymphatic system and its connection to immunity, hormones, and emotional well-being
How stress, trauma, and stagnation show up in the breast tissue and how to gently support release
Foundations of Ayurvedic elemental constitution and how it expresses through the lymphatic landscape
How to give and receive lymphatic breast massage and perform holistic breast checks for yourself & your women’s health practice
Herbal protocols, detoxification support, and nutrition for resilient tissue health
Somatic tools for regulation, attunement, and restoring internal flow
How to read the body through touch: tone, temperature, texture, and tenderness
You’ll leave with practical skills, a deepened relationship to your own body, and the capacity to offer this care to others— from a place of deep nervous system regulation and presence.
This retreat includes hands-on practice, herbal body care making, daily somatic movement, and plenty of spacious time for integration. Each woman will complete a full hands-on lymphatic breast massage and tissue assessment by the end of our time together.

Dia de los Muertos in Oaxaca
During our week together, we’ll also gather to honor Día de los Muertos, one of Mexico’s most sacred and beautiful traditions.
This is a time when the veil between worlds is thin, and the spirits of our ancestors are close.
We have a special private, Oaxacan inspired dinner planned at Jardin Cocomiel with chef Tayler in a beautiful outdoor garden, where we’ll construct an ancestor altar together in traditional Mexican fashion. This ritual is a space to honor those who came before us, reflect on the lineage of wisdom and care that shaped us, and celebrate the continuity of life in community.
This is truly one of the most special holidays here in Mexico and there is such rich and beautiful culture surrounding it here in Oaxaca. We will spend the night in town immersed in the towns festivities — a once in a lifetime experience!

This work matters because the way we care for ourselves & the women in our lives shapes the health of the next generation.
Now, more than ever, this work feels essential. In a world that pulls us into chaos and distraction, tending to our body sovereignty and practicing preventative care becomes an act of resilience. Through nervous system regulation, we begin to expand our inner capacity so we can show up with presence, creativity, and vitality in our daily lives. Flow is an invitation to come home to your body, to feel both embodied and educated so that you not only deepen trust within yourself, but also model this wisdom for the next generation of women rising up.
