Through the lens of Ayurveda​ we will dive deep into our lymphatic system with a focus on our breast health. In this intimate retreat we will create a safe space to explore our breast tissue in order to understand our own unique constiutions. We will focus on educating and empowering you through a deeper understanding of the physiology of the lymphatic system and its vital role in supporting immunity and overall health. We will teach you the foundations of lymphatic breast massage, explore the basics of Ayurveda and elemental medicine. Through both lecture, hands on massage demonstration and nutritionally focused cooking classes you will gain a holistic perspective on how to tend to you or your clients, once the underlying imbalance is identified. We will also be learning the art of medicine making with hand crafted herbal oils and scrubs that you can use for your own self care practice and take home with you!

After this training, you will be able to give lymphatic breast massage, identify areas of imbalance, and support yourself and your clients tissue health through body work, diet and lifestyle recommendations as well as herbal support — all unique to thier elemental constitution.

Each student will be asked to give a hands on breast massage and holistic breast check before the end of the training. You will both give and receive a lymphatic breast massage and holistic breast check as well as provide feedback to your classmates.

Whether you are an established practitioner, interested in deepening your knowledge of holistic breast health, a pregnant or nursing mamma, or simply wanting holistic education to support your breasts, this training is for YOU!

This work is for anyone who is interested in lymphatic breast care and massage. You do not need to be a practicing or licensed professional to attend.  This training is ideal for those who work in the women’s health field as a practitioner, nurse, lactation consultant, doula, midwife, herbalist or anyone supporting women’s wellness. At this time this course is not a CEC certified course.
