Wood Betony was once one of the most popular herbs in European Herbalism, but has since fallen to the wayside, although she is one of my favorite plant remedies! Wood Betony is a gentile nervine tonic and relaxant, helping to ease anxiety and tension when the nervous system has been overworked.  It is also a bitter carminitive and can aid in digestion. Wood betony helps to bring energy from the crown chakra back down to the solar plexus, helping to stay embodied and in our power. She is wonderful for strengthening the enteric brain (the nervous system rooted in the GI tract) and the gut brain connection. It is one of our best remedies for headaches as it helps to tonify the nerves, and bring the vital force from the head back down to the solar plexus.

Wood Betony and Organic Cane Alcohol. Contains organic and homegrown herbs.

Suggested use: 30 drops 3-5 times daily as needed
